NEW ARRIVAL Depression era Gibsons, made on a tighter budget and branded Kalamazoos, are one of the best ways to get 30’s Gibson tone without the high price tag. Then there’s the cool factor of having a Gibson made guitar that only those in the know will understand. The KG21 is a lighter braced equivalent of a Gibson L30, and this is a fine example in a beautiful looking faded tobacco sunburst. The tone is voiced just right for blues, jazz and swing, has a very comfortable neck - quite chunky - and a great playing action all the way up the neck. It has the kind of playwear you'd expect from a 83 year old guitar, and lots of great looking lacquer checking. The guitar is in very good condition, all original with no cracks or repairs. This guitar looks, feels and sounds fantastic, and has the kind of vintage vibe that is impossible to replicate in a reissue. It comes in a non original hard case.
