1959 Gibson J45 – £5999

This 1959 J45 does exactly what it says on the tin – a true classic. It looks great, feels great, and sounds great. There’s a dry rumble in the bass, a smooth sparkle in the trebles, and an evenness in the mids that gives a great balance. The guitar is in very good condition for a 66 year old, with just the right amount of playwear to tell you it’s been played and loved. The neck feels great and the action is very comfortable. Unusually for a guitar of this age there are no cracks or repairs. It’s an American classic, and as a 50’s Gibson it’s highly desirable. The guitar comes in a Hiscox flight case.
