1991 Gibson Nick Lucas

SOLD  Gibson’s collaboration with Nick Lucas in 1926 gave birth to one of the most desirable models ever. A traditional 00 shape body, but deeper than normal, with Flamed Maple back and sides – this gives a full bass, crisp, sparkling top-end, and exceptional tonal balance. Only in production until 1941, it’s been reissued in a few different formats in small numbers – this is the first reissue, made in a limited edition of 100. Very true to the original, the fingerboard has the classic Nick Lucas inlays, a Fleur De Lis inlay on the headstock plus script logo, a beautiful Firestripe pickguard and butterbean tuners. The guitar is in very good condition, with some great looking lacquer checking, and plays like a dream. It comes complete with it’s limited edition certificate, in it’s original Gibson embossed hardshell case.
