2021 Sigma DR28H – £299

NEW ARRIVAL  Sigma is a brand that’s always been associated with Martin guitars. In the 70’s they made a Japanese range of guitars fully authorised my Martin in the US. Now branded as ‘Sigma Guitars by CF Martin and Co’, they are a more budget brand made in Taiwan, but still reflect the Martin branded guitars, and even the model names – this is based on an HD28. It features a solid Spruce top with Rosewood back and sides, and a Mahogany neck with dovetail neck join. All of this provides resonance and clarity, plus great depth. There’s a bone nut and saddle, and Micarta fingerboard and bridge, which elevate the overall playing experience. The guitar’s in excellent condition with great playability.
