NEW ARRIVAL Only introduced in 1958, this LG0 is an early example, with the desirable rectangular Rosewood bridge before plastic bridges were introduced in 1962. It’s a small bodied, all Mahogany, ladder braced acoustic - like a Mahogany topped LG1. The guitar has a warm, mellow tone, handling fingerstyle playing particularly well, although a brightness comes through when strummed, with good attack for soloing. It’s in very good condition, the Mahogany body really shines, with signs of general playwear, and a tightly repaired side crack. The neck is comfortable and the Rosewood fingerboard feels very responsive. The guitar comes in a non original hard case.
